Summary: This game is really good I like how they made it a bit like Team Fortress 2 with many objectives the game has many variety for classes, weapons and even vehicles and missions. I highly recommend this game.
Summary: In a word, shocking, I expected this game to be exactly like the other quake games, albeit a multi-player one, so I was really surprised to find that the game not only has a really bland colour palate but also has some of the worst controls I have ever used, I barely played even half an hours worth of this before I gave it away to my friend. Who then went on to sell it for 50p.
Summary: ETQW got really great maps, no un-lockable pay to win crap and some of the best teamwork action i ever played. Another great thing is that both humans and Strogs are quite different and still pretty balanced. Every class is good and fun to play esp. engineer is nice. The only downside is a bit small number of maps.
Summary: I cant belive this game came for ps3, the grafics are ps2 estile, poor desing, sluggish gamestyle, compared to killzone2, this game its a complete ZERO. it doesnt deserve a nickel from your money. worst buy in my entire life.
Summary: A game that will give me memories not like any other, addictive playing alone with the normal intelligent AI, though sometimes you feel like you have to do everything, but their smart enough to handle themselves in combat.. It feels like a destructive battlefield against the skills of teamwork from the opposite side.
Summary: Quake wars on the Ps3 is a good game that is a great substitute if you don't have a PC. The PS3 version is basically identical in content to the PC, so you get the same enjoyment. The graphics of the game suffer, but are not completely bad. They're on par with a lower mid range pc i estimate. The sound is much better on ps3 than it is on the 360. The sound effects are about as good as the pc version. The game suffers from a lack of polish.
Summary: Ok so its 5 years later and Quake Wars is still, in my opinion, one of the most original, solid team based shooters on the PC. Team work is REQUIRED to complete objectives and teams that dont cooperate really stand out from the crowd. If I had to complain about something it would be that there are slight imbalances between strogg and GDF classes, but this is realistic as both sides are asymmetrical in how they play, which makes for an awesomely fresh experience and...
