Summary: i like gundam a lot, and feel like i got suckered into the purchase of a VERY sub par / ok at best game. first of all the co-op sucks. the way it's implemented just boggles my mind. you can't set a game to private/friends only, so you have to reload if a random person joins. when you get a friend to join, they are booted at the end of the level. repeat each lvl. some lvls are very short. this gets annoying.
Summary: This game is alot of fun, in a giant robot killing other robots. this reminded me of the dynasty warriors series with all the killing in it, so anyone who likes dynasty warriors or samurai warriors will enjoy this game
Summary: I agree MarkK. I bought this because I like dynasty warriors and Gundam but it is a very dull and repetitive game and doesn't do justice to either franchise. The only reason I continue to play it is so that I can unlock the other characters and because I don't have any other PS3 games at the moment. I'm glad it wasn't much since if I paid much more than than I would have felt cheated. One of my main complaints is that you can't run.
Summary: If you love the hack and slash elements of Dynasty Warriors and are a Gundam fan this game is a must have. As a long time fan of the Dynasty Warrior series this game was very easy to pick up and start playing. I also got my wife into it even though she is not much of a gamer so it's not hard to play. Not to say it isn't challenging at times. I really liked the fact that many of the battles require you to be smart about how you proceed, not just slash slash slash.
Summary: I am a fan of the franchise. I did not except anything fancy to come from it. It is very similar to Dynasty Warriors. If you have played any of the previous Dynasty Warrior games, you are not missing anything. The only difference is that it involves mobile suits. Gameplay - Some levels are annoying because there are no items when it comes to fighting the bosses - Nice graphics, very few moments I get a lag from the amount of action - Buttons are simple, nothing to really...
Summary: Dynasty warriors gundam is the beginning of a great trilogy. It has two story modes, one is accurate to it's original anime storyline and the other has you play with the gundam universe collidingto fight an unknown enemy. I easily put a hundred hours into playing.
Summary: Here's my Pros and Cons for this game. Pros: - Graphics of the Gundams are very detailed and seeing your Gundams in action is very cool. - Anime Fan Service. - Tons of stuff to unlock, such as, Mobile Suits, Characters, and even the Space Ships. - Japanese Voice Over option! - Fun Hack n' Slash and Hundreds of Enemies!!! Don't need to really think. Just sit down, play, and enjoy the eye candy. - Some simple RPG Elements, such as, Leveling up and equipments.
Summary: I've played the Gundam for several months and it was not too bad. My girl and I are Gundam fans and we just had to try this out. Graphics: It's not too bad, Gundam build quality looks pretty good. Nothing crazy blurry. No lag from having an army of robots on the screen. Gameplay: I've played Dynasty Warriors 2 and 3 and this one felt like more of the same. The earlier ones were pretty good as you were able to do quests and the story lines are simple.
