Summary: ...just simply ain't like the other DW's. I played this for about a week before never playing it again. I can't say exactly what it was that I didn't like, as I'm still not sure. I realize that the DW's are hack & slashers, but this was the first one where I really didn't enjoy hacking & slashing. I'm still going to check out future releases.
Summary: I have been a fan of the Dynasty Warriors since 3. While this game isn't bad, it is still considerably lacking in features. Personally I recommend you skip this and get 7: Empires if you are looking for an Empires installment. And in my opinion this was the worst Dynasty Warriors yet.
Summary: i bought this production because i had the older version and would like to try the new ones. however, it didn't meet my expectation as the ones i been played before. This one is harder to control and does not have good graphics.
If you have the time and money, it's an easy Platinum Trophy.

Summary: It was pretty easy. Pretty okay for a DW6 game. Pros: - The feeling you get when you rule China - "Create-A-Warrior" - Easy Platinum Trophy - Interesting Ending Scenes. Con: - 4 "color" Costumes - No weapon changes - Random Events System (Annoyance when finding officers) - VERY VERY repetitive base gathering.
Summary: I am a fan of Dynasty Warriors series. I was looking forward to more in #6, more strategy, more challenges. It turned out to be just ok. The skill tree was cool at first. But it has very little impact on what you can do in the actual game. It feels like a waste. The special skills are more fun but at times, it makes the game too easy.
Excerpt: Well, "What do you want to hear?" is the best question I can ask anyone when I begin to talk about this game. If you want a basic Dynasty Warriors experience, this game delivers, and it's exactly what you'd expect. Whether that's a good or a bad thing is entirely subjective, and you'll either find yourself having a moderate amount of fun or extremely bored after a relatively short period of time.
Summary: At first glance this game was closer to what I wanted to see from any Dynasty Warriors Empires game. The ability to create about a hundred Custom characters with alot of detail to how they look and the ability to change the pitch and tone of their voice, to unlock alot of outfits for them, To be a ruler, officer or vagrant mercenary. The ability to swear oaths, befriend other officers, get married and so on. But then reality set in.
