Summary: Bought the game, graphics were not as bad as they looked on the demo, if you have kids game should be played when they are not around. Lots of sexual reference and vulgarity. Bad story line but gunplay was fun.
DNF a game with a mixed of the old days & modern style gameplay

Summary: Well theres alot of debate between a love and hate relationship of gamers when they played this game but im going to give a more general and foward review as i just gathering my thoughts about it. Now this game unlike its predeccesocer duke nukem 3d is a mixed between that and a modernize style of gameplay such as regenarating health, platforming, puzzle solving and vehicles. the game is quite linear as a run and gun of kill enemies and procced to the next area.
Bottom line, if this game didn't have Duke in it... it would be 2 stars.

Summary: This game is dated....BAD. I'm not saying it doesn't bring back a sense of nostalgia or it's not playable but the lengthy load times while respawning or waiting for the next level to load will definitely have you playing on easy or wishing you did. Also, the fluidity of the game is kind of choppy at best and the lack of certain conditioned aspects such as multiple save data files can be a throw back to the days when Michael Jackson ruled the pop charts and not the...
Summary: Basically, its like this. You can tell the game was made by different people and started and stopped several times. It's nothing like the old school PC version "Time to kick ass, and chew bubble gum" Duke. The biggest upset, was this package. Most of the stuff in it is gimmicky and doesn't offer any in game extra bonus. The statue you see in the picture which one would think would be a good sized "Roman-esque" statue is really only the size of your fist.
Disappointing to a degree, but what else did you really expect?

Summary: When a game like Duke Nukem Forever, which for the decade plus it's been in development has been little more than vaporware, finally sees the light of day, nothing could ever hope to meet the hype that has been built around it for so long. After going through numerous game engine changes and developers behind it, the end result is that Duke Nukem Forever feels like a mish-mash of FPS games that have come and gone in the time the game has spent in development.
Try it yourself! Others hate it, you might like it!

Summary: For a game they've been working on for 12 years!! I expected more from it... The character movements are a little awkward like when he jumps, the sidestep, etc...Overall the graphics is sorta bad for the year 2011 although i have seen worse. but then again the fact that theyve been working on it for 12 f*cking years makes me think twice about buying the game. I just want to try it out to see for myself. You can always sell it when you dont like it anymore.
Excerpt: When this game was released, I literally saw some of the worst reviews I've ever seen on a game, it put me off buying it on release. I'm glad I didn't pay full price, I'll admit. But at the price it is now, it's a bargain. I own it for the PC and the PS3, so no accusing me of duplicating reviews when I go and review the PC version. The graphics on this game are actually pretty good, they look a bit outdated, but they're over PS2 standard by any means.
Pros: A lot of fun, duke is awesome and it's insane .
Cons: Overhyped, graphics aren't very good and a bit disappointing .
"Definitely not good, but also not as bad as everyone thinks"

Summary: After a fair few hours of play, i definitely cannot write home about this
game. However the game is just another average shooter (with some jokes in poor
taste mixed in there for good measure). It is not even close to the worst game
