This is more of a playable movie than a video game . . .

Summary: This is more of a playable movie than a video game. You make directional and timing choices for Dirk the Daring as he travels through the Dragon's Lair. I played this game several times back in the 1970's on an old coin-operated, stand-up video game console. I never got very far through the game before the console got removed from the grocery store and replaced with something else.
Summary: Best version of the Game yet, and 100% HD, and I've owned the following versions: -Commodore 64/128 -IBM (DOS) -Windows (multiple versions) -Sega CD -Steam -CDI Interactive -20th Anniversary DVD Rom -Android Smartphone -Atari Jaguar :)
Summary: Item was as described. Loved this game when I played it in the arcades back in the day. Now, my 4-year-old LOVES Dirk and actually simulates his moves while he's playing :). The restoration of the footage is pretty spectacular, too. Recommended!
Summary: My dad has played the original so I know the game is great, so I give it the 5 stars it deserves, but the hd dvd i recieved has very flawed performance in the disc, it skips, freezes, and blacks out and doesnt play the scenes in order and plays some repeatedly despite having already passed it, very glitchy, but plan to get a replacement
Summary: After the terrible DVD version of this game, Digital Leisure redeemed themselves several times over with this blu-ray version of Dragon's Lair. The 2 second delay between moves that hindered the DVD version of this game are gone and each scene moves from one move to the next almost flawlessly. The "move accepted" tone (beep) is back and the 1080p picture is nothing but amazing. I cannot believe how clear the picture is!
