Summary: This is one of the more unique action RPGs out there. It's like a mix between the RPG elements of a game like Skyrim and the acrobatic action of a game like Devil May Cry. The game doesn't hold your hand like so many others so it takes a bit of getting used to. I kind of like that aspect of it. There's so much content that you'll get your money's worth out of it. Especially with this Dark Arisen version at the low price it's been going for.
Summary: Dragon's Dogma was a fun, entertaining game, with a somewhat disappointing post-game, and boring, repetitive, laborious grinding, and a few badly priced ingame items. Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen FIXES all of that by delivering a 20-hour mega-dungeon that gives ludicrous amounts of experience, a very healthy challenge (for postgame), and a reason to KEEP grinding as you collect all of the amazing new armor.
Summary: It has been about a year since I finally finished this triumph of a game, but my mind keeps wandering back and thinking about it so I finally had to leave my thoughts. Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is an expanded version of Dragon's Dogma, with more high-level content and a few tweaks throughout. It is definitely the version you want to buy when playing Dragon's Dogma for the first time.
Summary: I think Capcom made this game simple because of the success of Demon soul. However, this game has more action features and you can tell this game is made by capcom when you play it. Anyway, recommend, and it's very cheap now.
Summary: Bought this for a buddy of mine for his birthday, and fortunately, he enjoys the game as much as I did. Definitely a game meant to be shared with friends, as the Pawn System is really fun and unique.
Summary: Very good replay value, I enjoyed the story and I love that it has a lot of challenge in it without being over-bearing. I also enjoy the huge bosses and long fights. I remember fighting that first chimera at the beginning and being like "S*** this looks like a tough fight" but since your character was already high leveled it didn't matter much, but then going out and fighting one with your actual character was a fun, tough challenge.
Summary: I wish I had the time to finish it. The graphics are freaking great. The gameplay is smooth. The story is great too. I only wish I wasn't so impulsive to buy games so often. I have too many games I haven't beaten.
if you're a capcom rpg fan this game will not disappoint

Summary: Took a chance on this game since it looked cool, and boy am I glad. If you like rpgs, like breath of fire 3, and breath of fire 4, I have a strong inkling you will like this capcom game too. I put alooota time into it just to put more time into it, because it's just that much fun. Tip though, buy dragon dogma dark arisen, its like the game of the year version and has a little more stuff I hear.
Summary: Before purchasing this game I had found that the general consensus on this title was that it was a solid play with quite a few glaring flaws. For some, these flaws break the entire experience, however I find that there's little detail about exactly what makes this fairly unique adventure almost unplayable for some.
