Summary: Love this game. Have spent over 130 hours playing and replaying it. Only Origins is much better than Awakening in my opinion--I just never really enjoyed the slight difference in style or many of the characters (possible SPOILER: at least you get Oghren in both) in the expansion portion of the game. Sure, there are long loading times, and I have had to do hard restarts of the PS3, but the game play and immersion I felt made it well worth it.
Summary: I have loved Bioware ever since I first played Mass Effect. I was (still am) absolutely addicted. I devoted hours to each of the games, purchasing Collector's Edition merchandise (tons of action figures and a couple model Normandy ships), etc. It wasn't until I stumbled upon the Bioware Social site that I discovered Dragon Age. Being so addicted to Mass Effect, I was weary of switching to a new series.
Summary: My friends have been trying to get me to play DA for years, but I didn't have a console for it. But I recently got a PS3 and when the price suddenly dropped on this edition, I finally bought it. I'm so glad I did! I'm not very far into the game yet, but so far I love it. The graphics are pretty good and with so many different options throughout the game, I'm sure I'll be replaying this one for quite a while. It was delivered exactly on time.
Summary: I am not a gamer, but was recently introduced to this game by my brother and was hooked. Very entertaining, multiple times, the story and dialogue is stunning. Quite possibly gaming perfection, or at least further along that road than other games I have played.
