Summary: On PS3 I started playing Dirt 2, that's why I got used to the excellent game mode, graphics and music of that game, although Dirt 1 is still a nice game to play, short menu for car setting options. Good: User friendly main menu, landscape graphics, weather options. Not so good: Music, When you see the car in contact with the surface may look unrealistic (cartoon like), too many configurable options for the car (this may be good for someone else).
Summary: Great physics in handling , and damage . Sound is awesome and realistic. Great graphics tracks and cars . Lasting appeal good but gets boring after three times around on single player . Don't judge 360 version reviews the PS3 version is a lot better .
Summary: I have only played this recently and that may be a small part of the poor score. It looks dated but to be fair was not bad at all graphically. I thought that the car handling was solid enough and felt responsive. The main gripe I had was with the Career Mode. It uses the same tracks and cars and setups repeatedly and it just got really tiresome having to play through to the end.
Summary: Dirt continues to deliver the excellent single player experience associated with the Colin McRae series combining the usual superb handling with a number of new race modes and greater variety of vehicles. The multi-player, both on and off-line, is a disappointment with very few options available but fans of previous entries will find plenty to entertain them here.
Summary: bought this game many years ago and i still love true blue rally racing and trophy trucks/buggies racing, graphics for its time were to say the least amazing love this game still play it regurly
