Summary: I really enjoyed Devil May Cry 3 and 4. 3 is probably my all time favorite on ps2. I must say this isn't the Dante I loved. He moves clunkier and feels different from old devil may cry. For this same clunkiness, I didn't enjoy heavenly sword and enslaved as much as God of war or devil may cry.
Summary: If Coke II were good, anyway. DMC5 surpassed my expectations enormously, but there's a few things that hamper it from achieving greatness as both an action game and especially as a Devil May Cry game.
Summary: I bought this so I could try out the series and was disappointed with the quality of the ports the FMV sequences are still in 4:3 and look absolutely horrible. There is no update to textures and that really shows the age to the games. The audio still sounds muffled in some parts.
Summary: DmC is the reboot of the Devil May Cry series by Ninja Theory. It is intended to direct a franchise in a new direction and gain a broader audience. I had no cons about the ideas behind the revitalizing of the series & its mythos, but merely with the execution of the ideas. PRESENTATION: Very Good.
Summary: In short: Great action game, I like the style and everything, but a bad Devil May Cry. In Detail: The thing is, if you have never played another dmc or just played it because your friend had a copy and you gave it a try, you will not be disappointed with the new one.
Summary: Graphics: The game looks really great. The visual design of the areas you go through is top notch. Limbo has a saturated feel to it with a lot of vibrant colors that I think are really nice. In particular the Nightclub you go through is a very cool area. The way levels twist around you is nice.
