Summary: First off, let me just start off by saying that I originally watched a walkthrough of this video on YouTube, back when the game was only available for the Xbox 360 / XBLA. It's a little strange, at first. Especially considering that the ghosts have a purple tint to them and 'bleed' purple. Which I thought was really cheesy.
Summary: Listen here, we need more York and Zac. Take my money and shell out sequels, and prequels, and more games in general. For anyone looking for a review out of hesitation to buy this game - don't bother. Just get it. It's on Steam now, too, so there is literally no excuse. Stop looking at reviews and go play the game spoiler free.
Summary: The graphics may be a little outdated but what's underneath the covers is what counts, to me anyway. In this day and age where it's all about pretty pictures and weak AI (or no AI at all in these freaking new FPS's, just point and shoot), this game is a breath of fresh air. There is an ominous presence watching you in this game; in spite of the lead character being a superfreak profiler, all the extra baggage that comes along with this great talent seems to have caught...
Summary: **Non-spoiler review This is the type of game that will only excite people who get into the characters and story. In concept the game itself is fantastic, but technical flaws narrows the overall appeal to an already niche title. I loved the game, but feel it only fair to recommend it with some caveats. Story: This is why you are playing. It's a murder mystery with quirky characters.
Summary: I see people giving lower ratings because the graphics aren't perfect, some of my favorites games come from the SNES. I'd hate to see how people rate those... Anyway. I personally love the game, the story line, the characters, it's one of those games I just can't put down because I love the story. IMO, the graphics fit well with this kind of game. If you liked Heavy Rain, Silent Hill and are a Twin Peaks fan, this game would probably be good for you.
Summary: If you didn't play this on xbox, you have no idea what you're missing. In this version you get better controls, a more refined gameplay experience, and higher resolution graphics though you do sacrifice framerate.
