Excerpt: The Four Horsemen: it’s a topic that hasn’t much been explored in games, so it’s nice to see that 2010 title Darksiders focusses on such a unique area. I bought the game years ago but, unfortunately, I restarted it several times, struggling to get into it.
Pros: Unique concept; brutal and satisfying combat; challenging puzzles; superb graphics and sound .
Cons: Mediocre start; maybe a bit too long; no New Game + .
Summary: This game is very reminiscent of the GoW titles in relation to its game play
but the art work and style of graphics gives a fresh start for this game.
Intense from the get go it had me and my mates dropping our jaws often.
Summary: This games is exciting as it is described, however, the copy received was not the exact copy shown. It was describe as a 15, however, on the box packaging received of the game rated it a Pegi 18.
Excerpt: This is a great game if you enjoy others such as God of War, Dantes Inferno and Devil May Cry. You play as War, one of the legendary Four Horsemen, who has been tricked into coming to earth and this triggering the apocalype.
Pros: good graphics, easy to control, good amount of gaming for your money - fun !
Summary: So the games starts and you have absolutetly no clue what's going on. Through some cutscenes you find out that someone has summoned you and you have destroyed earth. poor earth :(. You loose all your powers and you're pretty much someones pet because he orders you to go there and kill that boss then...
Summary: Definately a game for adventure lovers, Darksiders has some of the best features of The Legend of Zelda series mixed in with the Epic boss fights and hardcore storyline that could be compared to God of War.
