Welcome to Hell!

D. Roberts "Hadrian12", Amazon
3 June 2012
  • Summary: As someone who has read (twice!) I was excited to get ahold of this game. I wasn't disappointed! It is obvious that the makers of the game actually read the and actually allude to many of the cantos throughout the quest.

Loved It!

Kelsey, Amazon
12 October 2011
  • Summary: This game was truely enjoyable. It is one of my favorite games. The graphics are beautiful (especially the cutscenes). The ability to be "good" or "evil" creates a perfect way to play the game multiple times through. Plus the added bonus of Greek mythology mixed in (if you like that stuff).

Dante's Inferno Divine Edition Rocks

GrYpH, Amazon
10 October 2011
  • Summary: A book come to life in the interest of the action-oriented gamer. This game is awesome and I'd recommend it to any PS3 fan (or XBOX 360 fan). If you've ever read the real book that is The Divine Comedy: The Inferno, then this game is the best modern day interpretation I have ever seen (or played).

Dante's Inferno

JugaldeAE86, Amazon
31 March 2011
  • Summary: Lastimosamente es un juego muy corto, pero la excelencia grafica de la ambientacion infernal es impresionante. Duramente criticado por su semenjanza a GOW, pero historias totalmente diferentes, basado en la primera parte de la Divina comedia. 1-Infierno. 2-Purgatorio. 3-Cielo.

It's no GOW but it holds it's own.

Scratchy, Amazon
28 November 2010
  • Summary: Repetitive and a button smasher? Yes. Perverted story and graphics? a big YES. Fun to play from beginning to end? Yes. That's all you need to know.

Pure Indulgence

Sammycat "World Renowned Idiot", Amazon
3 June 2010
  • Summary: Make no mistake, this game is pure guilty pleasure, hack and slash, dim the lights and camp out on the couch, eye candy goodness. It's LOOSELY based on the poem and isn't about to change your life in any profound way, unless you really love graphics and design work I guess.

One hell of a game (pun intended)

Leohlyon, Amazon
3 June 2010
  • Summary: Ok, I'll admit that I overlooked Dante's Inferno for years. Everything I read indicated that it was a God of War clone, and a pretty bad God of War clone at that. Now that I'm getting a little closer to sunsetting my PS3 and moving on to the PS4, this was one of the games buried in my Amazon...

Be Damned and Love It!

Dr. D, Amazon
8 April 2010
  • Summary: Let me just get this out of the way first: Dante's Inferno is most definitely a rip-off of the God of War gameplay. That is completely undebateable and unquestionable. Now that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Great game, felt like God of War .... But their is nothing wrong with that!

David Bradshaw, Amazon
4 April 2010
  • Summary: Many critics gave this game a bad rating, because of its similarities to God of War, and while I will admit it is like god of war, I also have to point out that God of War is A GREAT GAME, and their is nothing wrong with being like it. The game follows Dante's trip through Hell (Inferno).

Dantes Inferno: AKA Kratos Goes to Hell

Kikind, Amazon
3 April 2010
  • Summary: Imagine this if you will, the team working on Dante's Inferno are in a meeting. One man stands up and says "What are we going to do about the game play for an epic poem?" After deliberation another man mumbles to himself, "man I love god of war" and then another looks up and says "Me too, but there...
