Summary: I was excited about the premise of the game and potential of saving 'earth' from attackers etc..but this gameplay is terrible. The movements are jerky, the shooting is inaccurate and has no ability to hide and shoot behind. The enemies hit you twice and your dead. Its just not a fun game. I gave it chance after chance to 'get it' because i consider myself somewhat seasoned in shooting games and this one was terrible.
This game holds first place in the Gen3 Hall of Shame.

Summary: This game has got to be the worst game ever made. Turns out that the title is rather appropriate. Knowing that the developer who created Overlord had made this game too, I was eager to play it. I have never been more disappointed by a videogame. The graphics suck, the controls suck, camera angle is very confusing, the voice acting is abysmal. There is not one redeeming factor to Damnation. When the game began I was amazed at the lack of attention put into the graphics.
Summary: ok this has got to be the worse title to hit the PS3!!! WTF!!!! I mean come on they had a good working title here and it feels like a PS1 game. Let me break it down like this: Graphics: They are bad. I mean horribly bad. This is a PS3 game for GOD SAKES!!! There is no excuse for it to look this way. It looks like something the designed in a month on a PS1 port. Plus the characters moved as if they were simple polygons with a crisp clean makeover.
Summary: There is really only one place to begin... Damnation is just not a good game. The story is irrevelent and dumb, the boss fights are easy, the driving sequences are awful, controls arent great, enemy AI is extremely stupid, your partners are terrible, graphics are so-so and the levels are extremely long. This game is first and foremost a shooter. There is alot of platforming involved also.
Summary: The game looks AWFUL! The environments are blocky and boring. It really does look like something ported over from a previous generation console. There is no cover system, you can crouch behind objects, but that won't keep you from being shot. This got frustrating fast. The game also gives you a Tomb Raider type climbing system, sound cool? Its not, its really limited and ends up being completely pointless.
Summary: I'm a big fan of the steampunk genre and I really wanted to like this game but I can't even come up with one redeeming thing to say about it. This game wants to be a steampunk version of Uncharted but it fails miserably. The controls are awful, graphics are PS2 quality at best and the voice acting is beyond horrible. There are tons of glitches in this game.
Summary: I felt I owe it to anyone that is taking the time to check-up on this game before buying it to tell them not to waste their hard earned, borrowed, or stolen cash on it. You would be better off stabbing yourself in the forehead with a dagger than handing over one dollar for this lousy excuse of a game. If I was Sony, I would be embarrassed for having my name on the box.
Summary: Do not buy this game. Do not even rent this game. This game is terrible. They have a lot of potential, but need another 2 years of programming. I feel sorry for the programmers who think this is a piece of work. Man will their wives be mad at all that time away. The game is bad. The framing is bad. There is constant loading even while in gameplay. There are only 2 people online. Call of Duty 5 kills this game. Please do not buy this game.
