Summary: WHERE IS FARCRY 1? I miss that game, and a bumped up HD version would of made this a no brainer... Plus now on a more powerful machine, maybe there'd be a way to port a mix of the regular xbox version, and the PC one that the regular xbox couldn't handle...
Summary: The game play is pretty good, story OK the side missions are pretty good, graphics amazing! The controls are sluggish and fail to keep up with actual speed of the player. When you hit square to reload some times it works and sometimes you have to hit 2-3 times and you end up dead due to taking...
Summary: I got this because I was looking for an open world game where you can explore. Although you can explore to a degree in Far Cry 3, you can't progress unless you sit through long, monotonously violent cut scenes that bear little relation to how you've been playing the game.
Summary: After playing Farcry 3 this game is a let down. The controls are not as easy as Farcry 3 and I found it much harder to use. I know it's older than 3, but I didn't expect it to be so different. The aiming is also bad and by the time I had managed to position the pointer I had been shot.
Summary: Having enjoyed Far Cry 2 and judged all other stealthy adventures against it, I was very very keen to get this long awaited game. Turned out to be a disappointment. The look of the game was very good for the most part, although there were glitches throughout.
Summary: Farcry 3 has taken every bit of brilliance from Farcry 2 and, well not used it??!! There are new parts to the game that I thoroughly enjoyed, such as liberating the camps that you find dotted around the island.
Summary: Boring. Repetitive. Uncaring. The constant gun battles and having to inject yourself the hundred time with a health syringe in the middle of one gets old way to fast. Exploring the tropical island gets annoying because traveling around in first person on foot or the slow vehicles is tiresome.
