Summary: CONAN! Too bad there is icky platforming in this game. That is the only negative for this older title. Would have wished for more monsters instead of mundane soldiers. 3.6 overall. Oh, is too old for trophies fyi.
Summary: I have had this game forever and finally decided to sit down and play it a bit....I was surprised but I actually enjoyed this game more than I thought. The combat is pretty good but can get frustrating at times. Overall it was fast paced and fun, especially when you get on a roll and lay into a few guys....what was annoying sometimes though was the lack of AI attacking at times unless you I have had this game forever and finally decided to sit down and play it a bit...
Summary: Yes, it's obvious to anyone who even glances at gameplay of this game, it's a blatant GoW clone. But that's ok. It's the perfect fit for a Conan game. I feel this fact might have made this game get a bit overlooked. It's not a perfect game, or an overlooked masterpiece. However, if you're even mildly into Conan you can't go wrong here. It's a lot of fun, has a nice difficulty level, fun gameplay and absolutely captures the essence of Conan the Barbarian.
Summary: Definitely a disappointment. Nice amount of and plenty of attack moves. Gets very repetitive, especially boss battles where you have 10 parts of same thing. Enemies and bosses and chain stun kill you which is stupid and cheap. Platforming and fixed camera angle are awful. Plenty of places are confusing as where to go or what to do. Just sloppy game design all around.
