Summary: Still the best College B-ball game out there. Unfortunate that EA got greedy, made terrible basketball games, and then dumped the entire franchise! This game doesn't compare to the new NBA 2k series but its still very good. There are also people out there keeping the rosters up to date, can be kind of a pain to upload tho!
Summary: Firstly, this game is the most realistic sports game I have ever played! Secondly, it is the only video game EVER MADE to feature my Alma Mater, Florida Gulf Coast University. It is absolutely stunning how a 5 year old game can outperform most of what is on the market today in any sports category, and this one does just that!
Summary: Highly recommend this because this is the only college bb in town outside of ncaa bb 10 and that wasn't great. Good gameplay and the online servers are still up so you can download rosters to keep up with this year. Don't play a lot for it though cause it an old sports game but if its less than 5 dollars pick it up.
The changes/additions to College Hoops 2K8 make it the best in the 2Kseries
19 February 2012
Summary: Though its NBA franchise gets plenty of attention, 2K Sports' College Hoops series has flown under the radar of many sports fans, despite being quite good in its own right. Like 2K7 before it, College Hoops 2K8 isn't tremendously different from its predecessor, but it's the small changes, like new gameplay mechanics and an improved legacy mode, that make this year's installment great and one sure to please college basketball fanatics. There are plenty of ways to stay busy...
Summary: This is the best college basketball game on the market. The sound and lighting are phenomenal. This game has only a few problems. One problem is that the referees are kind of stupid. It takes them like 30 second to retrieve the ball from out of bounds, only to just throw it at a random player that crosses their path (if you want to see something entertaining then knock the ball out of bounds, it is worth a turnover).
