The game Clive Barkers Jericho is played by several players along with a hero character. It is considered a supernatural horror action game with a story devised by the master mythmaker, novelist and filmmaker Clive Barker.

While playing the game Clive Barkers Jericho, the main character player should discover the fact of the game. It can been seen that while mingling the darkest elements of Barker's horror fiction and films, Jericho, the main character of the game deals with the mysterious reappearance of a lost city in a remote desert.

When a form of evil that goes right back to the dawn of days resurfaces from there, a Special Forces squad, trained in both conventional warfare and the arcane arts, is sent in. The mission or objective of the game is to hunt down and destroy the evil that lurks at the heart of the city before it destroys humanity.

Review Summary

Clive Barker is synonymous with evil and hell, either in books or movies. Clive Barker's Jericho features the creepy atmosphere of a Resident Evil, with astonishingly captivating sounds. The plot centers mainly on the combat, which bounces frequently and violently at almost every moment all through the adventure. As per many reviewers the game is not captivating at all as you spend many moments of resurrecting fallen comrades, thus making sending out orders counterproductive. The team must be kept close by as they are not able of surviving on their own. The principal character, Captain Ross has the ability to bring back fallen teammates or simply resurrect them. All you have to do is press X. Jericho revolves around each character's unique skills making them look good and using them is quite enjoyable. Not long after starting, you can switch between squad members and try out each of the different Jericho classes, such as Black's Ghost Bullet, Cole's super-sweet Infinite Loop, and Delgado's Ababinili flame spirit, which is able to nail several enemies. However the challenge of the fight doesn’t last long as the enemies are not that intelligent and you easily win over them. Reviewers find lots of frustrating moments in the game, as battles go on and on and can last forever. Lots of fight repetitions. Clive Barker's Jericho includes a few good things but lots of poorly state things. In no way can it be compared to other games of the same genre.
