Summary: Boys who are fans of the movie will really enjoy this game. Most boys will chose to be Lightning McQueen first, but will soon try other characters. Game has "guard rails" literally during racing. Cars run too far will get reset back on track. Great for kids going nuts with the steering wheel. The "kart" game features Luigi and Guido and their "foes" from the Chick Hicks' camp in the final race. It's like Mario's Karte game.
Summary: I had fun with this one. It had a multitude of unlockables that keep you racing even though it's a fairly easy game - obviously aimed for kids. It can be difficult and somewhat frustrating at a few points (what is up with Mater's handling?) and has a couple glitches here and there. [...
Summary: My 7 year old son has been playing this for three days and is almost done. He loves it. It seems pretty easy, but it is a kids game. The graphics and choices for upgrading the vehicles is superior compared to the original Cars game and Mater National. Overall I would definately buy it again. He can't stop plating the game. I also got it for the PS3.
Summary: My son loves the movie Cars and so we bought the game for him. The graphics and gameplay are pretty good. There are all different kinds of races, missions, mini-games, etc. The only negative thing I can say about the game is the voices in the game are not the same actors in the movie. For example Lightning McQueen was voiced by Owen Wilson in the movie. In the game Lightning McQueen does not even sound remotely close to Owen Wilson, even though they try.
