Summary: this works for awhile the power light was green and its now orange- and very hard or not at all to pair - so right now no audio at all! No response from turtle beach customer support, I am just e-mailing. It worked for awhile for two months now- the power LED its orange- was green, will not pair at all and I am stuck with this headset. I will try to contact amazon about the problem but I purchased it last July 2014.
Summary: Love the game but the code for the DLC was no longer valid. When I contact Activision Customer Support, they say to contact the retailer I got it from. I might as well have just bought the normal version and saved some money.
This is probably the worst headset I have ever bought

Summary: This is probably the worst headset I have ever bought. The mic itself sounds really cool and fancy but it really sucks. First off the Bluetooth sounds horrible when you use it for Xbox live, and the people that hear you say the same. You can use a talk-back cable instead of the Bluetooth but it kind of defeats the purpose of a wireless headset.
Summary: The sound is great but 2 weeks in with barely moving the mic around, it's already not working. I've only had them for a month and of course the return only last for up to a month. Spent so much money for junk.
Summary: Item didn't come with everything to make them work properly. They sent the wrong cord so I had to go out and buy extra cords to make it work. By the time it was all said and done I could have just bought a new pair. The seller however was nice and very fast delivery. Just wasn't happy with the extra cost put into their product.
Summary: I recently bought Black ops 2, and now that its been out for over a year I would say that the online is hard to get into right now. I have not played a Call of Duty game since MW2 and I use to be pretty decent at MW2. Right now though its hard to get any team work into the online play. Most people don't work cooperatively and the kids on there just run their mouths.
Summary: A few years ago, I got a pair of Bose headphones for my birthday. They had super thin wires but had the most amazing quality sound experience ever. Unfortunately I went through three pairs (these were $100 headphones) because my cat LOVES to bite audio wires. Fast forward a few years. Bluetooth becomes mainstream, so I look at Amazon for the best Bluetooth headphones on the market. I wanted surround sound, and I wanted the headphones to have a mic.
Summary: So disappointed with these headphones. The Bluetooth requirement completely ruins everything that was good about this headset and ruins the quality of sound. The battery doesn't last very long and more often than not I have to stay connected to the cable. The Bluetooth is where most of my anger stems from. The connection can be iffy, regardless of what device I connect to. The sound doesn't seem to be hampered when it's connected to my iphone or iPad.
