Features

Brink is a PlayStation 3 game that comes with a range of features. It is set in the future where there is a huge floating city called ‘The Ark’ floating on the sky. It was supposed to support only 5000 people, but more people ended up there. The results of this is that the people of The Ark became more unsatisfied with the lack of clothing, food and water and together these people formed ‘The Resistance’, a faction that demand more than The Ark could provide. Then the Resistance armed themselves to seize power after The Ark’s leaders refused to give them what they want. Things start to get bad and the Ark’s leaders are trying to call out for help to the outside world. In this game, the players need to help in and decide the future of the Ark and human race. Brink features single player mode, multiplayer mode and co-op player mode. Moreover, online playing is also available, allowing up to eight players to play together online. With the SMART (Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain), players could move around the complex environments without having to analyze their position and what they are trying to do. Other than that, the players are allow to customize and upgrade their characters that could done by using few archetypes and items that could be purchase by using experience points. Experience points could be earned by completing objectives in the game.
