Summary: Played this on an almost daily basis for the first 6 months that I owned it. The second one is even better. Sure, it's a tad repetitive and could stand to be a bit more balanced, but it's one of the better franchises of the genre.
Summary: The moron gave me the wrong game. This game is a paper weight now. I asked for Game of the Year edition and he gave me a game with the code already redeemed. He could have given me the DLC that is already on the disc. That was the one I was supposed to get. I will never buy from this seller FNP OUTLET ever. Totally moron.
Summary: I bought this for a father's day gift. I was looking for something that my father would enjoy and wouldn't have to get to tied up into a story (he just wants to shoot stuff). He loved it and put in so many hours. Even I, though my preferred genre is not fps, played through both run-throughs and enjoyed both of them.
Summary: I got the GOTY edition and after trying out the game it was fun, a first-person action shooter, the game features a ground-breaking content generation system allowing for near-endless variety in missions, environments, enemies, weapons, item drops and character customization, Borderlands allows for multiple players to share the same game experience simultaneously online in co-op gameplay.
Summary: This game came very cheap ($10 new), and since I'd never finished it a few years earlier (due to my PS3 dying via the "yellow light of death" midway through the campaign), I thought I'd try to pick up where I left off. I played through the main campaign about as quickly as possible, then slowed down to explore the DLC, which I only perused the first time through. Pros Fast paced, intense action.
