is an addicted game, but not perfedt

Jonathan, Amazon

  • Summary: is a good game, I enjoyed for the first 5 hours of playing, but is almost just samething over and over, is like a rpg, that you must always do the same thing till you get stronger or better. This game is hard if you play higher stars rank. I recommend this game of people that like to lead a army.

Great fun, but lacking

Jevon, Amazon

  • Summary: Things this games lacks: multiplayer, plot, voice acting (honestly, I don't know who was hired to direct the voicing, but whoever it was is an idiot. I really can't believe he thought this voice acting was acceptable), depth. All that aside, Bladestorm is still a great game. This is not just another Dynasty warrior like some people say, because I hate Dynasty warrior but I still love this game.

Decent enough from the makers of Dynasty Warriors

  • Summary: I love the Dynasty Warriors games where you run around giving hundreds of enemies a thrashing (for me it never really gets old), and after trying the demo for Bladestorm I waited forever for it to come down in price. Eventually it did so I bought it. The game loosely follows the hundred years war between England and France and you play across the whole map of France.

Great way to take up time!

Bradford H. Armstrong, Amazon

  • Summary: I first heard of this game through the demo on the PSN and enjoyed it. I purchased it, trusting that being from KOEI, whos games I have played before that it would be a fun way to take up time. The general idea behind game play is much like the Dynasty Warriors series, however shifting from one sole character to your character controlling a squad of troops of your choice.

A must have for the PS3 KOEI fan

D. S. Sim "PhillipThorpenstein", Amazon
2 January 2008
  • Summary: As of this writing, I have played about 30 hours of the game so far. This game revolves around the 100 years war. These were a series of conflicts between the French and the English from the 14th-15th centuries. You play as a voiceless mercenary, male or female, as he/she attempts to carve a name for them self by taking contracts from either the English or French. The game play is very similar to Kessen III, where you control one individual unit at a time.

Good Strategic Game

Gromite, Play.com
25 July 2008
  • Conclusion: This is a very Good game which lots of people would be fooled into thinking it is like Dyansty Warriors, but it isn't. Yes some of the fighting is like Dyansty Warriors but the game involves a lot more skill than just running in and killing lots of people. The game goes into a lot more depth than any Dyansty Warriors game and in total is a lot more interesting game. Don't be fooled by the makers and look of the game, this is a good game.

An interesting strategy game, but hit-and-miss for some.

  • Conclusion: Bladestorm is a good game that could be overlooked as its made by the same people who made the Dynasty Warriors series.

Great fun but can get boring

Jon, amazon.co.uk
15 June 2008
  • Summary: This game is so much fun, swords, cavellery, archers or even camels. the action is great. But the problems start when all your stats are so high you can't be killed, or if you play it continuously the game becomes repetitive. Either way it is fun and worth buying.
