Summary: This changes things for a First Person Shooter, a good story with RPG elements. The gameplay is fun and it's pretty cool with the mix between gun play and magic attacks (AKA Plasmids). It's actually a good length game, and with the survivor difficulty it's a fun challenge.
Summary: I guess I didn't realize this was a shooter when I ordered it, but none the less I have enjoyed it to date. I have only completed the first 3 levels so far, so i can't commit on it as a whole, but it is original and fun.
Summary: I'm glad I bought this for only $5 on Steam. Any more than that and I would have felt ripped off. Great graphics, theme, setting and all but the game was just too repetitive and boring. It reminded me of an old arcade game but with a bit more depth added to it.
Summary: Andrew Ryan, a man with a vision of utopia, creates the city of Rapture located deep in the Atlantic Ocean. His philosophy involves you being the best that you can be even it means disregarding the idea of God or other people.
Summary: Game is great. With the current price($17.45), worth getting. My cons: 1. The controls: a. Not that responsive. I must've clicked on one button 3 times before it actually did what I want it to do. With it, hacking is horrible. b.
Summary: I enjoyed Bioshock but it is overrated at 94. When it first came out I think it may have deserved this score but since then many games have come out with lower ratings that are better than this game.
Summary: The creepy atmosphere of this game is unrivaled. However, I must say I didn't enjoy it that much and the ending sort of came out of no where. I would of also liked to have the option to play through again with my upgraded weapons. Overall a great game but still somewhat overrated in my opinion.
Summary: The demo got me really excited for this game. The atmosphere is by far the bast part of Bioshock. The story was pretty good. However the combat just wasn't really fun. The guns just dont feel right, and the plasmids never really give satisfying results after the first time you use them.
