  • Summary: Well this game is tough to review because I like it and kind of hate it at the same time, likes are graphics are good and I like the story, but the bloody controls suck, to many times reloading it because you die to much trying to swing from place to place and dying in like 1inch of bloody water.

  • Summary: A side-scrolling 2d platformer/shooter Bionic Commando Rearmed is a great update to a series that made its debut in the late 80's with the bionic arm, which has a whole host of uses such as traversing large gaps or grabbing enemies, really helping the game to stand out from other titles in the genre. As an added bonus the entire game can even be played in a well implemented local co-op mode.

  • Summary: I really think this game needed some more time in the oven and a better story/adventure planning. The story doesn't advance very well and it's more just a basic platformer with some cool abilities that becomes repetitive. It would have helped though if you didn't have to wait so long to get abilities that you should have been able to figure out easily, such as the ability to grab a guy with your bionic arm and toss him or swing your grappling hook and deflect enemies or...

  • Summary: (My weird english vs. Weird game) The graphics is pretty good, and the shooting is not bad, but there is no jump button. I can jump.. a weak 5 years old kid can jump. And The Bionic GODD*MN Commando, he can't jump. He is an elite soldier, for god sake! He can't even jump! He need to use his bionic arm, to jump over a simply box! It's.. i mean, what is this?

  • Summary: I brought this game because when i was a youngster i had Bionic Commando game for Nintendo Game Boy, and i love it, But when i brought this thinking it be a little better because of today's technology, Boy, i was unhappy, it's similar, but the game play, and swinging, just wasn't it, it was bad....

  • Summary: The arm was a cool and well designed mechanic but playing through a vast early section of the game being able to do little to nothing really killed the momentum for me. The swinging environment was cool but the levels too small, so essentially you are just swinging in a straight line or you die from radiation, whilst this was fun briefly people suggesting negative reviews are based on people being unable to play properly are wrong, the mechanics of it were simple and...

  • Summary: I wanted to like this game but it is killed by the same crappy control scheme that the original NES version was infamous for. Back in those NES glory days, we kids never questioned why a bionic commando would be unable to jump or climb over an obstacle. Now, though, it’s stupid and frustrating. Many positive reviews celebrate this as being a “hard” game, but all of its difficulty stems from the crappy controls. It shouldn’t be rewarded for bad design.

  • Summary: Ups i thought i was in the 3D-bionic section when i wrote that earlier review which started like After completing the outstanding 'Bionic Commando: Rearmed', I was eager to see if Grin, the developer, could transfer the swing mechanic into the third-dimension. 8 hours later to beat the game on Hard difficulty, I can confirm they did. No other game does it better, n....
