Summary: A solid satisfying sports simulation that continuous to improve each Olympic year. The introduction of campaign mood is not worth your time, although I found the game really shins in its athletics events. At its core you will find a lot of fun especially on multiplier where players are still kicking! Overall this game will appeal to many sports fans and is differently worth you'r time!
Summary: This game is f*cking awful, it seems this game promotes guns, because the only somewhat playable events are, the shooting events, some how Eurocom manages to bring out another pile of wich claims to be the next big sports game.
Summary: i really love sports games but this has to be the most frustrating out of the lot and i have to agree with shayneG that you will destroy a controller playing this game. you will give this game five mins and never return to it, its that bad.
Summary: First of all let me state that this game is actually quite enjoyable for the first few days of play. However after you realise you are merely smashing a button as fast as you can to win each race or comp the idea that seemed so great suddenly seems incredibly bad and boring. After i got sick of smashing the X button much like i would a spider that won't die, I started wishing that the X button would somehow turn into a suicide button because this game had revealed itself...
Summary: Possibly the worst game I have ever played. You basically have to wreck your controller in order to get anywhere in the events. For example, I spent 5 minutes spinning the right thumbstick of my controller as fast as I could for one of the cycling events only to come last.
Excerpt: Even though I am a big fan of the Olympics I didn't really want to buy this game. That is until I played it at a friends house. Even then I still didn't really want to buy it, but the more I thought about it the more I wanted to get it. So I did. The career mode is quite fun to play through. Each day you have around 6 events to compete in, some are medal events and some are qualifiers.
Excerpt: This game brings the essence of the 2008 Olympics to your fingertips. With a large range of different sports that are available, it gives you a wide range of different things for you to try. These 38 events are spread around 10 different sports which are track, cycling, gymnastics etc. A large amount of people are able to play at once online and offline.
