Summary: Bought this against all my better judgement (cost £5). All I can say is this will appeal if your maybe a particularly hormonally charged teenager who enjoys rubbish low quality manga cut scenes, clichéd pathetic dialogue, stupid slo-mo glimpses between bayonetta's legs as she performs her apparently fantastic moves. It all adds up to a very sad and lame game. Actually painfully awful to play. How anyone rates this piece of trash as good is beyond me.
Summary: Before I bought this, my thoughts are even if this is inferior to the XBox version, it shouldn't be too bad, but am I wrong. The graphics are so blurry that it's like playing in SD mode.... PS3 version sucks and I regret this purchase.
Summary: This has to be one of the worst games I have ever played...and in 30 years of video game playing I've come across some garbage in my time!!! It is boring, repatative and not good to look at, just simply bash the buttons and hope for the best! Don't bother wasting your money on this utter drivel when there are so many far superior games out there!!!
Summary: Awful game! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! One of the worst games I have ever played, and I'm quite the gamer. The game quality - graphics - are fine! But the game play... considering it's by the same people who made Devil May Cry... I'm shocked. I game up trying to play it. The control system, is mashed.
Conclusion: "Less is more". Common phrase. I wish the creators of Bayonetta had listened to this. The game is atrocious. My true feelings cannot be uttered in this review as they could be seen as "offensive". The graphics are the only above-poor element of the entire game. Gameplay is erratic and overly-difficult and music is charming at first but becomes repetitive literally within a few minutes. But the worst bits? The voice-acting and script.
Summary: Sorry to those who rate this game, i just don't get it at all. The music is weird, unapropriate and annoying right from the off, with the first main level backed by a dreary version of Frank Sinatra's fly me to the moon. The storyline doesn't make any sense, the gameplay... as frantic and high paced as it may be is basically repetetive button bashing nonsense, I just don't feel attached to the character what so ever when playing it.
