Summary: It's Arkham City. Most people agree that it's game of the year for 2011 so the "Game of the Year Edition" text on the box is warranted. It's the best superhero game I've ever played(except maaaaybe inFamous 2 and Gravity Rush), the visuals are lovely, the voice acting is great, the writing is mostly spectacular and the gameplay is top-notch, easily the best brawler game I've ever played as well.
Summary: This is one of the best video games I have ever played. And definitely the best Batman game I have ever played (including all the way back to NES). The game studio is Rocksteady. And the gameplay is very similar to a Rockstar open-world game (GTA, Red Dead Redemption). You get to roam Arkham City and choose which missions to play (although you do have to do them in some kind of order). The graphics are amazing, among the best I have ever seen. The story is great.
Great game, cool extras, one big gripe for double dippers

Summary: I love this game. It's one of the best you can get on the ps3. I bought it right away when it was released and played the heck out of it. I didn't end up springing for any of the DLC because I don't have a reliable high speed internet connection where I'm currently living. So I was very excited when they released this game of the year edition with all of the previous DLC content on disc.
Summary: I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday. Don't buy any of the DLC for PSN as this disc has everything built in already. I purchased the DLC for 15 and had to get a refund from Playstation. When you start the disc you'll see it's not right there but mixed into the menu's and feature options.
