Summary: First of all, this game has some really good physics. When you're driving down a straight, you hear the shock absorbers soaking up the bumps. You're really at the edge of control, even on straights. Many reviewers complain about this game being "too hard", but no, it isn't. This isn't a game where you're supposed to nail a race on your first try. You're supposed to learn the different environments and know the courses.
Summary: This game contains some excellent, realistic driving experience for offroading (Own a jeep myself) but it is masked by a terrible carreer mode and an overall lackluster presentation. I find myself beating the campaign just to unlock more stuff to go into freeride. The very long races are very cool and unique, and had the game been centered around these, it could have been an 8 or a 9.
Summary: first off, i all ways by old games, or games that didnt get alot of PR..off feedback, so i seen that it had a high9 game ply.. bought it for $10 bucks.. and its fun.. alot of bumping, but u can do it too.. and all i gotta say is learn the controls.. pull back on that stick, and use the clutch....still playn after 5-6months..
Summary: From reading Dev diaries and interviews I understand how much work goes into making a game and I understand that not all games can be great. Sadly this game just didn't do it for me. It didn't grab me from the outset and the experience was very empty. However my young nephew can't get enough of it .
Summary: Intense game, made to make you in control of any baja rig you want exceeding 100mph on dirt and sand! Great physics make the game fun and challenging when driving over bumps and jumps at high speeds! AI racers are intelligent and fun to race against! The game simulates damage to almost everything that could break down in a race, shocks wear out making bumps and jumps harder to handle on, brakes wear out becoming ineffective, the clutch can go from overuse and slow...
