Summary: Disc looked a little iffy (hence the non-perfect score), but it worked just fine. Great fast-paced combat with lots of customization. Switching around regulations is great as you can play with different builds. Haven't tried multiplayer, but I remember it being crazy fun. Recommended to anyone that likes giant robots and blowing things up. It's a challenging game, in a fun way.
Summary: ACFA was the first AC game I played since AC2, back around the launch of the PS2. It was fascinating to see how the series had grown, unfortunately I can't really compare it to more relevant entries in the series. The combat was generally fun. There were some missions that were controller snappingly frustrating, especially on my first play through when all I had was a pretty basic machine.
So much fun that I was a little dissapointed when it ended almost abruptly.

Summary: I've never been HUGE on the AC series.. I played the 4th one on the Xbox and it was fun.. but when I went online and was instantaneously destroyed time after time.. I quit. Never picked it back up. But, recently I stumbled across For Answer.. And I picked it up. I was NOT dissapointed at all. This game is just fun. The customization options may seem a little much to begin with, what with tuning and all, but it's a lot more simple than it may seem.
Summary: This game is excellent. The controls are responsive with little to no lag and accommodates many different playing styles with customization options. Very well produced game. wish it had a few more missions though.
Summary: Well, ever since the second installment of the series on the good old Playstation 2, I have enjoyed this series. If you're into customization and giant mechs, then this is for you. It's what Gundam tried to be. This game has really good detail and endless customization. The game however is extremely difficult at times if you're underpowered, or invest in the wrong parts, file over, and you have to restart the game.
Summary: The title pretty much says it all. I never really got into earlier Armored Core games because they were typically slow. But the gameplay for this one has a faster pace to it. I haven't beaten it or even close to from what I can tell, but I enjoy this. There's not much of a story-line but that isn't important, what is important is that you get to pilot a giant robot and blow up other giant robots.
Summary: Overall the Game was great has a amazing story mode with plenty of customizable features. Has everything a mech (or next) piolt would want. including parts for the white glint next (a.k.a really cool looking body next that is preferably colored white thus the name white glint). the only problem I had was on of the last missions but that is something else. so if you consider getting this do so its affordable, and it has everything you would want.
Summary: I have been a fan of the Armored Core series since the Playstation One, so some may find this review to be slightly biased. I primarily purchase the Armored Core games to fill a Tech craving that I have. The customization in this game is excellent and makes it easy to create sharp looking Armored Cores. The game play is average, but for those who like the satisfaction of taking out home-made mechs this game is top dog. [...].
