An upcoming arcade fighting game, Arcana Heart 3 is published by Arc System Works and developed by Examu. This game is set to be released in 2011 for various game console including the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Arcana Heart 3 is the third title in the Arcana Heart series which follows after the events of Arcana Heart 2.

Features

Arcana Heart 3 sets in a fictional futuristic Japan with fantasy elements. In this game, a family is present and had received technical assistance during a war in Europe. However, now the family has formed “The Drexler Institution” to resume its activities around the world. Western Europe was devastated by the office of the Holy Spirit that is led by Mildred after finding out that the Drexler was hiding in Japan. Nevertheless, the West Branch of the Holy Spirit Rosenberg Agency had to be reconstituted. Meanwhile, distortions were observed throughout Japan and the Drexler is certainly a little weird and unnatural with its authority behind the scenes too. Japan starts an embarked for a meeting with the Holy Office to gain control of the condition. This game features Arcana based characters from the Tarot. Each of these characters has their own different powers and skills. Apart from that, there’s a new Force Gauge added to the fight system. This Force Gauge enables the players to perform an Extend Force, which is a maneuver comparable to the Arcana Burst from the previous titles. Arcana Heart 3 features a new Simple Mode too, a mode which simplifies the control layout into one single button for each major function. For example, one button for normal attacks, one button for moves involving Arcana, one button for the game’s Homing Dash ability plus one button for special moves. Arcana Heart 3 has a fully voiced story mode and HD anime graphics for great moves.
