Summary: This watch is a great tool for anyone who runs, bikes, or even skis. Great for all the needs of the outdoor Athlete. At the end of your workout it will even provided you with a review. Which zones you trained in, for how long. It also will give you a calorie burn count. Not needed of course but very cool. What a great tool, well made! I recommend.
