Summary: I'm extremely active at the gym. This is my 2nd HR Monitor and it's reading the same error message as the first one. Works for a few months then the shenanigans start. Error reads "Check heart rate transmitter!" So freaking annoying!
Might be good, can't use it since I can't read it.

Summary: Attached should be a picture of a new Polar FT7 (red/black) with the 'cool' white-on-black display [this review is specific to that model]. If you look really hard you can make out the numbers on the face. You will not want to be looking that hard during any sort of activity.
Summary: I really like my HR monitor because it allows me to meet zones. The only complaint I have is it sometime only detects every other beat. I gave up trying to figure out how it was placed incorrectly and decide just double the number.
Summary: I looooved this monitor at the beginning but about 6 months down the line, the battery died. That's understandable - I replaced the batteries on both the watch and strap. It only worked one or two weeks after that. I tried changing the batteries again and nothing. It never worked again.
Summary: I am very happy with the features and the design of the watch. However I am very disspointed with the band. I don´t use this watch everyday, only at weekend and it is seldom. I also never used for swiming. But even so the band has broken with less than 5 years of usage.
Summary: The readings I get are mostly nowhere near accurate. They go from well over 200 then down to accurate then back to over 200. On a 25 mile ride it's wrong about 3/4 of the time. I've tried the suggestions for an abnormal reading correction but they've been useless even with electrode gel.
Summary: I have had polar F6 for years--While training, it displayed heart rate, as well as the time (minutes and seconds that has elapsed). I just bought the FT7, thinking I was getting an improvement, if not a comparable item--wrong.
Summary: I brought this heart monitor last year for my husband for Father's day and one for myself. We love this heart monitor we wear it for all our workouts. I feel its accurate with the amount of calories burn. I was taking swimming lesson and I wore it in the pool with no problems.
Summary: I've had this watch for almost 2 years so I have enough experience with it to give a good evaluation of it. I have the Flowlink, and enjoy the features it gives me. When I first bought this watch, I was disappointed that the only "statistic" it gives you is average and max heart rate.
