Cheap Ban

Prudence, Amazon
21 April 2014
  • Summary: Watch still in perfect condition but six months and the band on the watch broke. All it was used for was to clock time for running and the band lasted long enough not to be in warranty. Will never buy this Garmin Fitness Watch again.

Fitness Watch

Char, Amazon
25 September 2013
  • Summary: I'm sure this is a good product but I have never even once been able to get it to work right. It is very complicated to use and frustrating because the buttons are so small. There are so many options and different things to do that my little brain couldn't keep up!

Way too complicated

Frequent Amazon customer, Amazon
21 August 2013
  • Summary: This watch has an embarrassment of features. If all you do with your time is play with gadgets, then you will probably love this one. However, when I go out for a run, I do not want to be constantly futzing with tiny buttons trying to get a few simple pieces of useful information; i.e.

Garmin FR 60 with heart monitor & foot pod

GM, Amazon
4 April 2013
  • Summary: Foot pod was awkward. I used mine only a couple of times and got a message on the watch that the foot pod battery was low. It was not a rechargeable battery so I returned the watch. Amazon was great about returning it for a full refund.

Note Return Window

Cindy Kruger, Amazon
5 February 2013
  • Summary: The watch had a defective setting button when packaged. However, the gift turned into a February Birthday gift instead of a Christmas gift so the defect was not seen promptly. Therefore I did not contact Big VALUE within the 30 day return window so it can not be returned.

I wouldn't buy another one

Tatanka "tatanka", Amazon
3 February 2013
  • Summary: I bought this to replace my old Polar F6 which I used for running and swimming - Polar indeed worked very well in the swimming pool. At the beginning the design and functions of the FR60 M were very attractive and that's why I bought it about 2 1/5 years ago.

Battery died, then watch stopped working

A. Bursch, Amazon
27 December 2012
  • Summary: As many other reviewers have mentioned, my watch started showing memory full about 9 months after using it (even though my memory was not even close to being full). The battery died a month later. I had the battery professionally changed and the watch was never the same again.
