Summary: So glad to have accurate tracking while I am running. The only thing I had an issue with was the heart monitor. It works as expected, just chafes badly when I wear it for longer than a 3 mile run.
Summary: The FR 610 has more accurate GPS tracking than the newer model, the FR 620. Attached is a photo showing results for a short run. The FR 620 has a tendency to wander off course while the FR 610 has sections on the return which overlay the outbound track.
Summary: I love all the technology offered with this watch. My complaint it with the length of time needed to locate a satatlite. I have met friends for a run, and after 5 mins we have to start due to the cold and have had the GPS not activate till 20 plus minutes into the run.
Summary: After reading as many of the reviews as I could (before purchasing), I had concerns with the "charging" issues and the satellite recognition issues. While concerning, I purchased it anyway. Fortunately, I have not experienced any issues regarding charging the unit. None.
