Bidding got me this item and it really is a great value for that money!

Summary: I decided to buy this watch because I am a runner and I already have Forerunner 405 so I am familiar with the touch bezel. I got it on auction, and it was very cheap considering all the additional items that I got with the watch. I would really recommend this type of running watch to everyone, as long as you are willing to learn how to use the touch bezel. It really can be tricky and tough in the beginning but it pays off in the end.
Pros: Tracking your speed, distance, elevation and much more with ease. I run a lot in the mountains and have had no break in reception to date. Wireless uploading is pretty cool as well. Love this watch!!!
Great purchase and has really helped evaluate my training.

Summary: I use it for mountain biking and running. The bezel is real touchy and takes some learning to use correctly. I mounted it on the handlebar after turning it off accidently a couple of times when on my wrist from touching my glove. Expect to be a little frustrated learning how to use for the 1st time and all of the options.
Summary: I've been using the Garmin Forerunner 410 for about 8 months now and felt compelled to finally write a review and I have nothing but glowing praise. The Garmin 410 makes it so easy to keep a log of mileage and is a great help while running. Only very rarely do I have trouble picking up satellite signals (on the order of 2-3 times out of 100 runs)...and by "trouble" I mean picking up the signal within 10 seconds.
