Summary: Nice watch, not too big and offering a lot of functions. At first it seems very complicated to use and it can be sometimes frustrating tomove inside the menus but once you get used to it, it's ok. An item to buy depending on your need.
Summary: I used to have a forerunner 310 and it stoped working, so I bought the 410 as a replacement. It's a little more complicated to work,(Hence 4 star) once you have it figured out it's Great. it picks up sats. alot faster then the 310, and not as bulky.
Summary: I used the 305 for many years and was very happywith it. I thought it was time for an upgrade so I checked out the 410. I have ran about 20-25 miles with it so far. The 410 brings some neat upgrades, the set up is different than the 305, but once you get used to it there it is cool.

Summary: I have the Watch, a heart rate monitor and a foot pod and I use this about 3-4 times a week. It works well as a GPS device and with the Ant+ hear rate monitor and food pod on the treadmill. It fits comfortably on my wrist, I'm 6'3 240lbs.
