Summary: The system sound great and a great deal, the system has sort comings. 1) You have to point at the sound bar just right or it doesn't work, 2) If you disconnect it from the power source your input ports don't work untill you short them out (kindda) then they work. fiber optics takes a few atemps of setting on inputs, give u something to do. but once you get use to it. $100 is a great buy.
Summary: Application: I bought this product to help improve the dismail sound from my flat screen tv Performance: it does work, especially the soundbar component , though the SRS functions seemed a bit gimmicky. Like others, I had to chip away a few segments of the grille grid to improve remote control performance. Tv sound has improved markedly. As Many reviews have raved about the bass performance of the wireless sub, I was eager to see how this component performed.
Summary: IT's a good sound bar - worth the cost compare to others. But if you want Great SOUND you may want to look at others -BUT You will pay more. For the costs i thought it was well worth it I'M happy with mine.
Summary: The set up instructions are so horribly inadequate that three different tech reps could not get my sound bar working, so I returned it for a brand new one at their suggestion. New one had same set up problems as first one, but finally got a tech rep that knew what she was doing and we got the sound bar operational within a few minutes.
Summary: I bought a Vizio 553SV LED TV that is absolutely perfect. I decided to add the sound bar to enhance the sound. The subwoofer does work well wirelessly, but the volume control is difficult with the little remote. I have a problem controlling volume and subwoofer volume sitting only ten feet from the soundbar. In general, the sound performance is improved, but the controls are not optimal.
