Summary: This is a pretty good speaker for the $40 I paid. Sound is decent, much better than laptop speakers. It was easy to set up (just plugged it in) However it is only so so when used wirelessly as there is quite a bit of static. I have not played with it much, so maybe I can get that to stop.
Summary: So the sound quality isn't the best. It is better than the laptop speakers it was meant to replace. I didn't realize just how small it actually is. There is a small amount of bass that gets through so its not too bad. The best part of this thing is its wireless capacity.
Summary: I got this speaker for my sister, who uses it on her newer laptop and loves it. The sound is good, there's really no static or interference and it's very convenient - just plug it into the USB and play. I tried to use it on my 3 year old desktop this morning.
Summary: This item is reasonable value for money. Small, fits in the palm of your hand. I live in a bungalow with studded walls inside,[ not solid block walls] and the range is between 20 and 30 feet depending on where in the house I am.
Summary: I wanted a speaker that could connect to my PC further than the usual 3-5m with bluetooth. This wifi device works very well in this respect: streams well even in the bedroom upstairs and through brick walls.
Summary: When it works, this is a very good and useful product with excellent range about the house. However, half the time I use it, it stops all internet access after about 10 seconds. I then have to click the channel button on the USB attachment and about half of the time this resolves the problem and the...
Summary: The technology works brilliantly and it's very easy to set up. The reception is very good all around my flat. I have tried other wireless audio devices and this works a lot better, however the sound is very tinny and lacks any bass at all.
Summary: I purchased this speaker so I could listen to streamed internet audio around the house and in the garden. The range is far less than I would have hoped for. Windows or stone walls limit the range severely. Best I get is about 22m with no obstacles; worst only 10m or so.
Summary: The speaker is small but has passable sound for the size and is easy to set up. I haven't had a chance to use it a great deal yet, but one very important feature to note is that in use it cuts the sound to the computer speakers/headphone output.
Summary: Speaker quality not to bad, a little bit tinny but not much better than normal laptop speakers really. Speaker is fine playing music stored on pc but not very good for internet radio as keeps dropping signal. My internet speed went right down from 7.5meg to 0.2meg!!
