Summary: These speakers are very good for all round use. Cables are quite long, so speakers can be a metre away from each other, can power with a standard USB power supply-e.g apple chargers, and pretty much any other usb power supply as they are standard. Good sound quality, although does make a quiete buzzing noise when connected to my ipod. cannot here when music is coming from them. compatible with iopds, mp3s and computers.
Summary: Bought these speakers for the wife's laptop to use when we are away in the caravan. She is anti-technology and I hadn't told her I had ordered these but even she was impressed with the quality of the sound which came from these rather small speakers. If you want super surround sound forget these. If you want a reasonable sound that can make listening to music or movies better than a laptop's inbuilt speakers then these are just the job. A lot of sound for your money!
Summary: I already had a set of Trust speakers on one PC when the original speakers that I had on another PC that were about 8 yrs old decided that they were seeking early retirement. I had no hesitation in getting another set and these are even better since they are powered from the USB - the others were mains powered and needed to be turned off when not in use - these don't, so PC off = speakers off
Summary: I did not know how to 'rate this item' and here is why. I received this as a gift. It was purchased because I wanted an inexpensive set of powered speakers for a WiFi radio and perhaps my mobile and placed it on my wish list. From the pictures available on Amazon, I thought this would be it. However - sigh,,,, it is not. I suppose that I should have been more observant and questioned why it would show a Euro-plug on the .co.uk site.
