Excerpt: I work at a University so I have access to many fellow geeks. An archeologist did considerable research on bluetooth speakers and the A33 is the most bang for the buck. I purchased one, and then I purchased a second one. Easy to use. Consumer Reports thought the A33 was a good deal
Excerpt: I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality and price for this speaker goes beyond what I expected. The sound is rich and clear. Easy to figure out how to use and simple to connect to blue tooth. The only negative is that it does not connect to my daughter's Kindle Fire.
Summary: Sounds great! There are better options out there for around the same price.
Pros: Sounds great. Good Battery. Water resistant?
Cons: The rubber pieces start falling off in a month or two. The rubber cover for the power plug, usb, on/off switch and mini plug is hinged on by a thin .5mm peace of rubber that soon broke and then I lost the whole thing. Now no longer water resistance. The rubber feet on bottom also has come off.
Summary: Was nice design, but internally they should have proven it's worth more during different seasons.
Pros: Loud for it's size.. dust proof to a degree, great clarity when talking
Cons: Heavy, but helped it stay still when set down. I got back from a trip, came home and unit does not power on period, no matter what i do. and can't get a return, or refund now. 160$ spent on a brick.
Pros: It is loud and has great bass. I bought it for use by the pool ad is loud enough to rock my back yard, which is large, and for the neighbors to easily hear. Fortunately that's not a problem. I set up a playlist on my phone and can listen for 5 or 6 hours without battery at top volume while workin...
Summary: This is actually a great product. I tried out at least 15 different types of Bluetooth speakers at local retailers before settling on this one and I'm glad that I did. For the price, it is probably the best one out there for all around sound quality and usability.
Pros: Great overall sound quality, good range. Has USB port (1Amp) to charge phone or other item. Has optional 3.5mm plug input. Ability to answer phone through speaker (have not tried it yet as I have been deployed since owning it).
Cons: Took a while to understand the usage of the battery switch on the side for charging (refer to TDK Facebook page for those issues).
Summary: Look at the specs has a separate 2.5 inch woofer with passive radiators which are way better than ports, and delivers deep tight bass, and the two full range drivers are never tinny.
Pros: Phenomenal build quality weather resistant best sound quality, and distortion free volume of any portable, and any sub $400.00 Bluetooth speaker, portable or AC powered excellent Bluetooth range, never any problems just freakin buy it you will not r
Summary: It's not as loud as I thought it'd be and it has a habit of turning off randomly, even when fully charged. Returned and ordered a UE Boom. I hope that's better though I understand the bass will not be as good.
Summary: It's a quality build, but needs a tone control. I find it delivers too much bass and as a result sounds a little muddled. The bluetooth light has to blink quickly to pair. It took me a while to figure that out. Some devices take longer than others to connect, but with patience I think most will.
