Summary: My new 22" Toshiba LCD TV had a beautiful picture, but such terrible sound that I just had to get a separate sound system. Also, I wanted to be able to keep the remote next to the TV remote. These speakers are incredibly good! The sound is as rich and full as my 52" Sony LCD TV, and the remote control allows me to control the volume from across the room. There's also a second input jack for headphones or an iPod.
Summary: I had bought this speakers by used. But this speaker when you turn loud, the speakers has a listen like "pu pu" sound and listen like Affricates. i had the bose m2, i made a contrast, m2 so nice....
Summary: I've always been a fan of Sony products, but had a bad experience with the quality of this product and Sony's customer service. It began with a fantastic deal I ran across where the SRS-ZX1's were being sold for $79.99. At this price I decided to buy 3 sets after seeing reasonably good reviews. Upon unpacking the product, I had an amazingly good first impression. The power supply looked like the one that powers my laptop PCs. Speaker connectors were first rate.
Summary: The list price of these little SRS-ZX1 speakers is a stunningly high $400, but Amazon sells them for less than $200. Amazingly, I found them this morning at Fry's for only $60/pair. I though they might be a good deal at that price, but even at this deeply discounted price these PC speakers are no bargain. These speakers look OK, but sonically they are ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!!!
Summary: Awesome sound from unbelievably small speakers. good job Sony. Excellent Design too. I read many reviews where in poeple said these are better value for money than Bose Music Monitor... Absolutely True... Anyways, I got a better deal on refurbished ones for $80 at a Sony Outlet... Thats a kewl deal.
Summary: These speakers are perfect if you want something small to use instead of crappy TV speakers, particularly because they have a remote. The low end is amazing for the size, but it is difficult for the single, tiny driver to deliver frequency response across the entire spectrum. I find myself wishing they had a bit more high-end crispness, but I'm still impressed overall given the physical dimensions.
