Summary: My new 22" Toshiba LCD TV had a beautiful picture, but such terrible sound that I just had to get a separate sound system. Also, I wanted to be able to keep the remote next to the TV remote. These speakers are incredibly good! The sound is as rich and full as my 52" Sony LCD TV, and the remote control allows me to control the volume from across the room. There's also a second input jack for headphones or an iPod.
Summary: I had bought this speakers by used. But this speaker when you turn loud, the speakers has a listen like "pu pu" sound and listen like Affricates. i had the bose m2, i made a contrast, m2 so nice....
Summary: Awesome sound from unbelievably small speakers. good job Sony. Excellent Design too. I read many reviews where in poeple said these are better value for money than Bose Music Monitor... Absolutely True... Anyways, I got a better deal on refurbished ones for $80 at a Sony Outlet... Thats a kewl deal.
Summary: These speakers are perfect if you want something small to use instead of crappy TV speakers, particularly because they have a remote. The low end is amazing for the size, but it is difficult for the single, tiny driver to deliver frequency response across the entire spectrum. I find myself wishing they had a bit more high-end crispness, but I'm still impressed overall given the physical dimensions.
Summary: When I was searching for speakers, there were a few important points on my checklist. First, I wanted speakers that would sound great at low to medium volume, because that's how I listen to it 99% of the time. Second, it must be small, because I don't have much desk space. There's a large UPS behind my monitor, so I can't fit asubwoofer. Third, I wanted a remote, and this one has a very basic wireless IR. Maybe it's a bit too basic.
