Summary: I use Creative Gigaworks T40 but they are rather bulky for a small desk. Excellent sound, though. So for my son I bought these Philips speakers and he absolutely loved it. Good balanced bass, good highs, all you need from computer speakers.
Great speakers but they will dance all over your desk

Summary: They don't make these anymore but they are still available. You will not find any better sounding ,more powerful pc speakers at this price. I accidentally picked up a pair of them at a thrift store and was so pleased that I sought them out and acquired another pair for my other computer.

Summary: I have owned this speaker set for over 4 years, use them every day, and turn it up (80 watts) with my playlists. No problems at all. The audio quality is AWESOME! I would hope to find this product again if these ever go bad. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5-Star for sure!
