Summary: I use these to hear my streaming music at my desk at work. My other USB speakers crapped out, so I was going for cheap and relatively well-rated. I listen at a very low volume, so as not to disturb those around me too much, so audio quality was not a gigantic draw for me. I love that the speakers have the soundbar option - they fit right under my monitor screen and aim right for my face, which is nice (my other speakers could only be placed off to one side).
Summary: I haven't investigated how well these do reproducing music. A little strange how you turn the volume thumbwheel downward to increase volume. I'd prefer the on/off switch to be in the front, and both controls to be clearly labeled.
Summary: I love how the speakers look but just wish that they can be louder. I put the volume to the highest and still have problems listening. The volume merely a little better than the speakers in my laptop. And the sound is distorted when I put the volume way up. Update : I changed the setting in my computer and is able to get more sound out of these speakers. I would still hope to get more though.
Summary: If you're looking for high-power, high-quality, studio speakers than you're looking at the wrong page. HOWEVER, if you're looking something to simply make noises out of your computer, this isn't a bad option at all. I like using it as a sound bar most of the time, but with games it seems to sound better a bit separated. The only reason I took away a star was because it can buzz from time to time when turned on but not being used.
