Summary: 14 months after purchase, saw that the speakers wouldn't power on. Turns out that one of the two large capacitors blew, gooped itself all over the circuit board, and left a large scorched section on the backside of the circuit and inside wall.
Summary: Many have said it, but I will, too: Do NOT buy these speakers. They work GREAT for about a year. Then the left one stops working or becomes incredibly quiet. You can either hack into the thing and start replacing capacitors with your soldering iron..

Summary: I got SCREWED! This was used equipment that did not work but it said it was new when I purchased it. This really messed up my son's birthday and I paid for overnight shipping. Total B.S.!!! Never again! See the photo: This was my first time opening it. Nothing was covered wires were out and missing.
Summary: One star amounts for how many months before the speakers malfunctioned. For some odd reason my brand new speakers will not powe on. I only use them to produce music. I have not stressed them in any way I barely played them beyond optimal levels, my landlord lives above me.
Summary: I like the sound of the speakers but the left speaker failed in about 1 year. I called the company and they gave me no sensible option. It is a pity because the speakers sounded good and what is wrong is probably simple and inexpensive to repair. I would not buy these again.
Summary: dont buy this speaker i just used a couple of times and know the dont want to do anything, this is a way to steal your money, it stop working after 3 moths, and i barely used for like 6 ocasions.
Summary: The power speaker was a problem from day one.....giving an audible feedback noise. I continued using the one none powered speaker that offered pretty fair sound for one speaker...that speaker is no longer producing any sound.
