Summary: When i got the speakers they were all scratched and fading in color. After plugging them in and listening to music *softly* they stopped working. After investigating i opened the wire housing on the back of the subwoofer and saw that all the wires were corroded.
Summary: I`m not sure if I only got a bad one out of the batch, but I had these for a month, and then they just gave up on me! I was listening to some music and then suddenly the sound output stopped, and I noticed the power indicator blinking every 2 seconds. The sound quality is amazing and they can really satisfy with crystal clear sound. The base is quite awesome as well.
Summary: As of 6/30/13 Staples has these listed online at $99.99, I bought a set at Walmart for 74.88 so it is well worth the price as compared to other merchants. My problems with this model stems from the fact that all the wattage ratings don't equate to volume. In the environment that I am trying to listen to them in I have to turn the volume all the way up and on the source as well. With the input maxed it adds distortion, can't say I didn't get what I paid for right?
Summary: I will never buy Computer Multimedia speakers for to setup home theaters and media centers the one I brought last week was totally disappointed me in all aspects .My 10 yrs old CREATIVE SBS 2.1 is performing much better than this 5.1 dead speakers really dead subwoofer nothing down firing
Summary: Easy to install but poor in quality of sound. A lot of popping from center and front speakers. Very little sound from back speakers which are not clear. A huge amount of distortion and popping from the base. I had to replace Logitech Z-Cinema speakers because they were not compatible with Windows 8. If only there was a driver for the Z-Cinema I would put them back on the system. If you are looking for a quality set of speakers, look elsewhere.
Summary: Purchased on sale for $79 and can't argue with the price/performance ratio. Provides satisfying bass for movies & games in my living room. However, has an audible crackling noise at ½ volume with no inputs connected. Googling indicates this is a common problem and a game of roulette. Inferring it was due to RF interference I taped a sheet of aluminum foil around the subwoofer which has resoled the issue.
low volume, hard to set up right, not worth more than 40 dollars for these.

Summary: don,t let no one fool you these are cheap speaker man, I paid 49.00 for these on sale. they are noting good about the sound at all very low sound. YOu have to set the speaker up one by one to make them work for your computor , well forget if your going to try to hook it up to a tv , the tv sound better with out them.
Summary: I bought this sound system less than a year ago, and now the rear panel on the sub wont read the speakers' connection. Im stuck listening to my favorite music through ONE speaker instead of ALL 5... so the sound is weak, no depth. I would hold back from buying this cheap product in the future and save to buy a better quality product that would be worth the money spent.
