Summary: Pros: - Look cool - Decent sound - Cheap (at the time of purchase) Cons: - I found the speakers to slide around a bit or tip over if I wasn't careful (I have an IKEA desk that isn't the biggest or the most stable). I laid them both on their sides and under my primary monitor and it fits well and doesn't move. - The 3mm headphone jack started being inconsistent for me lately (about 3/4 year of use), where certain frequencies of sound don't play through my gaming headset.
Summary: These sounded awful. Entirely too mid-rangy, with highs and lows entirely too soft and an overall muddy sound. My previous speakers sounded better -- even my laptop's internal speakers sounded better! Adjusting the Tone knob did nothing to help the sound either. I tried these on two different computers, with the same result. Based on the other reviews, it's possible that I just got a defective set. But the ones I received were very bad.
Summary: It stopped working after five minutes.. Can't figure out what went wrong. There is no light indicating if the power if on or off. I can't believe I have such bad luck. Given there are so many positive reviews online, I am sending it back for an exchange. I hope the next one can last longer.
Not good for enjoying music, but good for general purpose.

Summary: cons: These speakers have a noticeably weak base and un-crisp sound. If you just need speakers to watch youtube videos and hear sound effects (click noises) these are perfect, but if you want to have a friend over and enjoy good quality sound from music or a movie, I would not recomend these. pros: well made, they dont feel or look cheap. good volume knob, the aux input is great. Great for the price.

Summary: my old "high profile" speakers had a humming noise to them. i for some reason dealt with it for a long time, until one day i decided enough is enough, and found this set. i set them up and i immediately knew i made a great decision. there is a tuner for the bass on the right speaker, and while its not shaking any walls, it adds a quality depth to the sound while still remaining crisp, all while producing NO HUM! i may even get a second pair for my tv set.
Summary: Awesome range of sound, has just enough bass. These things can go loud, they sound like there is a small sub in there. Thinking of buying another pair for work. The stand isn't adjustable in any way but they don't take up too much space.

Summary: Read the great reviews and was still pleasantly surprised by how good these speakers sound. Bass/treble control is useless but not a big deal to me. I'm okay with using the pc audio controls to make equalizer type adjustments. Great bang for your buck!
Summary: These speakers are fantastic. Easy set up and they can plug in to the computer with a 3.5mm jack right in the back. They also have their own 3.5mm port so you can plug in your phone or something. Rich sound that is clear and bass capable. Now if I could only play my music full blast without angering my roommates...
Summary: I bought this pair of speakers as used, saving hundred of dollars. Quite huge looking on my computer desk. If I am right, the total output is 10 watts. My observation to the output is different: the one with the volume control is half of the other one. Meaning 3.0 watts and 6.0 watts. Caution: I didn't use any meter to really measure it. In my estimate of 9.0 watts, the output is more than enough in a room size of 11 X 12.
