Summary: I bought this a Christmas gift for a good friend and asked her months later what she thought. She told me she uses them daily and is super pleased with the quality of the sound and their practicality.

Summary: You know, there are times when one reads a review and there is an amount of justified dissension, and then there are times when you read a review of something you own and it seems like an entirely different product. Point in case: Logitech speakers. To put it in simple terms these are NOT a pair of B&W Nautilus... they are a £10 pair of plastic speakers for a computer - so audiophiles back up and take leave of your self for a moment.
Summary: It is a Mini Boom Box. Good clear sound at majority of volume levels. Tiny, less space occupying, attractive for a student's desk. USB plug and play is easy, and the cords are NOT too lengthy to mess your table. Thought white color may discolor, but to my surprise after almost an year it has NOT. Recommend to all music lovers, and will buy again if needed.
Summary: I bought these to replace my older Logitech speakers (good sound, but wire running into laptop had an internal break and they are now hit-or-miss). I liked the old Logitechs - inexpensive, but good sound, so I wanted to buy Logitech again. These are terrific. Big sound, and love the USB feature. I mostly use them to play my various Pandora playlists: everything from indie rock, country, classical, rap.... they sound great, and I like the sleek, smaller look and size.
Summary: These are great little speakers. They're not going to give you a ton of sound, but what do you want from USB-powered speakers? They're clear and sufficient for desktop use. If you're an audiophile, you're probably not even shopping for these. If you're like me and just want something to hear better than your laptop's subpar internal speakers, these are perfect for you.
