Summary: Had this for several years now. GREAT sound for 2.1. Works with PC and I just hook it up to my tv with an AUX cord. Cons: -max volume could be greater -wish USB would hook up and work with smart tv (maybe I just haven't figured it out yet). Pros heavily outweigh cons.
Summary: Crashes constantly, end of life product means Logitech won't give a care about what is wrong with them. Basically, these were discontinued for good reason. They sound really nice though, when they work.
Summary: Great speakers. They don't crack at all even in full volume. I purchased the set at Tiger direct about 4 years ago and I haven't heard a deeper sounding sub woofer especially when you are listening to dub step or something. Very well built and serves its purpose for under 80 dollars.
Summary: i really like these speakers. while not as good as the logitech z2300 speakers, they are a nice alternative. and where they lack vs the z2300, they make up for in features. i didnt want to get rid of these, but a family member wanted to buy them for speakers for their TV! this is where they make up for any weaknesses they have. i used to use them to play music and i could be across the room using the remote to control it all.
Summary: I really wish Logitech still made this exact set, I would have bought 2 more sets easily. Fantastic speakers, great sound. The inclusion of the Windows Media Center remote is awesome. All in all this one of the best sets of computer speakers I have ever purchased... next to my Logitech Z5500's.
Summary: I love these speakers. They are so loud for my dorm room. I am listing mostly to dance and house music and they are amazing. They surprise me every time I turn them on. I also play games and I am very satisfied with the sound coming out. Surround sound system does work. You can feel the 5.1 sound system. Another great thing about these speakers is remote control. It is so functional and gives you new dimension about your computer/laptop.
Summary: First of all, I purchased these for 49 bucks at my local compusa over a year ago, I can't believe the price now!! I used to work in a research facility where I had access to audiophile grade audio equipment. So I've had the experience of listening to music on the highest quality hardware available and let me tell you it is freaking sweet.
Summary: I bought these speakers about half a year ago. The sound quality is pretty decent when they actually work. However, when I got this set, I had XP installed. Since these are USB speakers, they require software to run them. The interface was complete junk, filling the top and bottom 1/4 of your screen with a very primitive UI every time you changed the volume. On top of that, you need to use a stupid remote to change the sound since it has no physical knobs or buttons.
