Summary: There are almost endless reviews for this product on the internet, boasting about it's quality. I am not here to challenge that. If you want 2.1 (2 satellites, 1 woofer) speakers than there is really no other item on the market comparable in quality. HOWEVER!!!!
Summary: These speakers are very good initally. They have great sound and the sub delivers very good bass for its size. However, I've had these speakers for less than 6 months and the left speaker is already broken (it cannot play low sounds without coming distorted). I wish I knew how to return these.
Summary: I like the speakers & how they sound however this pair exudes fuzzy distortion when turning volume control up or down. Once volume is in place speakers sound great but not happy about the fuzzy distortion.
Summary: Speakers have very high volume output, however, sound quality is mediocre at best. Bass is muddy, and midrange lacks. If you like loudness for your computer system, these will suit you. If you are a true sound enthusiast, you will not be jumping up and down about them.
Summary: i loved these at first, speakers sounded great. but after a year of play at moderate volume ( i live in aapartment and i dont want to displease my neighbors) the speakers are now cracking with high noteseven when i listen to talk radio.i am not happy at all
Summary: I had high expectations for these speakers, based on their glowing user reviews. The Z-2300 is an exceptionally popular set amongst PC enthusiasts, even today (6 years since their release!). Unfortunately, Logitech designed these speakers for maximum profit.
Pros: Cheap? Lots of bass?
Cons: Sloppy & boomy bass, muddy midrange, absent highs (no tweeters!), poor channel balance, high THD
Summary: TOO MUCH BASS FOR MY MUSIC TASTE. HOWEVER, I THINK ROCK MUSIC LOVERS WILL APPRECIATE IT. IN JAZZ THE BASS SUPPORTS THE GENERAL SOUND, IT DOES NOT DOMINATE IT. ALSO, THE BASS SPEAKER IS TOO BULKY. WATCH YOUR SPACE BEFORE YOU ORDER IT.
The system does not deserve more than 3 stars, subwoofer 4 stars, sattelites 1,5 stars

Excerpt: This review is concermed with the Logitech Z 2300 2.1 System, which contains a subwoofer and two sattelite speakers. It is quite a powerful system and has 200 Watts RMS alltogether. The subwoofer has 120 Watts RMS and the Sattelites have 40 watts RMS each.
Summary: I've owned these speakers for a couple of years now and I've never had a problem with them, no buzzing, no dodgy connections, so 10/10 for reliability. I also like the large dial on the remote volume control which makes volume control extremely easy because you don't have to search for the knob...
Excerpt: After i read lots of reviews online about this product i decided to buy it myself and see how it really sounds. The cable installation was simple but the cable of the wired remote control was to short.
Pros: Great volume power, price and design
Cons: lack of midrage, earphone output sounds awfull, short cables, no separate treble and bass volume
