Summary: I bought a refurbished one. with that said, It does not keep a charge for long, 2 hours at most before it needs to be recharged. I don't know if that's because it's refurbished or not. check a review for a new one to verify if the battery lasts any longer or do some research on it, wished I would have known to research it. I bought it for my desk top computer because I didn't want wires. buying this was a bad idea. I would not recommend it.
Summary: Logitech has a good reputation, and I bought this speaker for 2 reasons: the sound from my laptop was too soft, and I wanted to use it as part of my piano lessons to provide students with ear-training games. Although the rechargeable battery was supposed to last several hours, I would have to recharge it after 1/2 hr of use. Then last month it quit working completely (I've had it 5 months, after a total of probably 20 hrs. of use).
Summary: Ordered this unit and was pretty happy with the sound, but after having it a week or two I plugged into my Kindle to watch TV shows and found that the sound would drop out after sometime. I tried multiple cables as well as different units (cell phones) and when plugged in the sound dropped out after 15-30 minutes. Unplugging unit and plugging back in would fix but doing that every 15-30 minutes is a pain.
Summary: I was very satisfied with this speaker, sound quality was excellent. I though it was a great value until the bluetooth stopped working after 2 and half months of use. The good old saying: you get what you paid for.
Summary: While the product is easy to use and connects via bluetooth easily (and probably wifi too but never used it). It has very poor quality speakers! Bass is very poor and surprisingly the treble is very poor too! I tried it with several songs using bluetooth and a direct wired connection. They both sounded the same. Really bad! I suppose for small children or anyone with impaired hearing this may work OK just for the wireless ability and rechargeable battery.
Summary: The sound quality was average. The biggest problem with the speaker is the blue tooth never worked properly. I would pair my phone with the speaker and use it. The next day, it showed the device on my phone but would not connect so I deleted the device and repaired and got the connection again. Same thing the following day. I tried 4 different devices and came up with the same result. I am returning and looking for another speaker.
Summary: The product description was not that clear that Bluetooth would ONLY work if you had the little dongle plugged into your computer. It needs to better describe the fact that you can't connect your phone directly to the device without having to use a PC.
Summary: I usually have great luck with Logitech products. But this particular item was a disappointment. Initial setup was flawless and sound was good. After about 1 day, all sound stopped. Tried all the resets and retries recommended by Logitech, but no help. There are many instances of this happening with this model on the Logitech Forum website. I think there is a small percentage that are affected, but I decided to go with a Jawbone Jambox.
