Poor battery life

D. Brasuell "gadget boy", Amazon
8 March 2013
  • Summary: I bought a refurbished one. with that said, It does not keep a charge for long, 2 hours at most before it needs to be recharged. I don't know if that's because it's refurbished or not. check a review for a new one to verify if the battery lasts any longer or do some research on it, wished I would have known to research it. I bought it for my desk top computer because I didn't want wires. buying this was a bad idea. I would not recommend it.

Didn't last long

Bob Shaw "computer musician", Amazon
6 March 2013
  • Summary: Logitech has a good reputation, and I bought this speaker for 2 reasons: the sound from my laptop was too soft, and I wanted to use it as part of my piano lessons to provide students with ear-training games. Although the rechargeable battery was supposed to last several hours, I would have to recharge it after 1/2 hr of use. Then last month it quit working completely (I've had it 5 months, after a total of probably 20 hrs. of use).

Stopped working after 1 day

Rick Spencer, Amazon
7 January 2012
  • Summary: I usually have great luck with Logitech products. But this particular item was a disappointment. Initial setup was flawless and sound was good. After about 1 day, all sound stopped. Tried all the resets and retries recommended by Logitech, but no help. There are many instances of this happening with this model on the Logitech Forum website. I think there is a small percentage that are affected, but I decided to go with a Jawbone Jambox.

Small, tinny sound

TZ, Amazon
21 December 2011
  • Summary: I bought these speakers because the speakers on my iPad were too poor quality to play music. Everything came out sounding like an am/fm radio. I was looking for reasonably priced speakers (check) that could be used without being plugged in to a power source (check) or connected to my iPad (check) and sounded good (oops.) These speakers are just as bad as the speakers on my iPad.

The little speaker than couldn't...

Sheila "sheilas39", Amazon
17 December 2011
  • Summary: While the speaker is very easy to set up and use, the quality leaves a lot to be desired, even at less than $100. I was playing music on my laptop using the wireless adapter and even though the speakers were less than 4 feet away, the music repeatedly dropped out - virtually every song, sometimes several times during one song. Not exactly what I was hoping for. The sound quality of the speakers was just okay, not great.

Not a great experience

nsanders5252, Ebay
7 August 2011
  • Summary: This speaker system was not compatible with our computer, unfortunately. And we do not have an archaic computer either. We gave it a good try, but we went back to a traditional speaker system. A lot cheaper, and it's a Logitech, btw.
